1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bilbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bilbet online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://bilbet.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with Bilbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Bilbet strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.

• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of Bilbet or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

4 Registration & Account Management

Each Eligible Player may register one Account only. Bilbet employs automated and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether registered under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — Bilbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and apply the following consequences:

• Forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings across all duplicate accounts.
• Retention of any deposits made into the primary account, less any fraudulent gains, pending investigation.
• Permanent ban from the Platform at Bilbet's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Bilbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your password. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Account credentials are strictly non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party is expressly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Bilbet accepts deposits from Malaysian players via the following payment channels. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processed instantly upon successful authorisation.
• Online Banking: DuitNow (instant), FPX (5–15 minutes), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — subject to current conversion rates at the time of deposit.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards — subject to issuer approval.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; refer to the Cashier section within your Account for current applicable limits. Bilbet does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Bilbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified in the applicable payment method terms.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• Bonus Completion: Where Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of the bonus portion (and any winnings derived therefrom) can be processed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bilbet offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Bilbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bilbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of technical errors, abuse, or force majeure.
• Players who abuse promotional offers — including through strategic bonus exploitation, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated group wagering — may have bonuses voided and accounts terminated.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bilbet are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules prior to placing any wager. The following general betting rules apply across all markets offered on the Platform:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Bilbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error in the odds display system.
• In the event of a disputed outcome (including live in-play markets), Bilbet's decision as to the final settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 17.
• Bilbet may impose maximum stake limits and/or maximum payout limits per event, game, or market. These limits are visible in the betting interface and will be applied automatically at the time the bet is placed.
• Live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other in-play markets are subject to suspension and price updates in real time. Bilbet accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that are subsequently found to have been posted in error.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bilbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform through an Account belonging to another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between Bilbet and other platforms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to derive financial benefit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or funds belonging to a third party without their knowledge and consent.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Bilbet staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

Bilbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling behaviour. We provide the following tools, all accessible from your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures.

Bilbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. Bilbet makes no guarantees regarding the availability of specific games, markets, or payment methods at any given time.

14 Suspension & Termination

Bilbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has been conducted through the Account.
• The Account holder is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to Bilbet.
• KYC documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, forged, or otherwise invalid.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (after deducting any void bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary Account closure does not affect the Player's right to withdraw their remaining real-money balance.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Bilbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to registered Players.

The version of the Terms applicable to your use of the Platform is the version displayed on this page at the time you access the Services. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Bilbet is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Bilbet regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, or the application of these Terms, Players should first contact our customer support team via live chat to attempt informal resolution.
